I’m currently living in San Francisco and am 25 years old. I think living just north of Silicon Valley gives me some nice geeky perspective. Plus, to add to my street cred, I work for a digital media company that makes techy interactive experiences. And, I’m the only girl who works there.

My major in college was called Interactive Digital Media and it involved wiring sensors into sculptures to make cool things happen. I really love the idea of using technology to create new types of entertainment experiences, and this is definitely one of the biggest driving passions in my life.

I guess I’ve even been a geek from pretty early on. I decided I wanted to create theme park style attractions when I was 8, used to write elaborate trail diaries to go along with playing Oregon Trail in middle school, and began reading baby name books as a preteen.

My geekiest quality is definitely my love of learning. Discovery and History channel specials make me deliriously happy, and I could spend all day at a museum. Also, I read wikipedia like it is a storybook.
